WN-BT Series free throat:Twin Lines Sealing

Wu-Hsing made free throat foot type impulse sealer (WN-BT) is metal housing with painted. Has a big working table in the back. Impulse sealing has a free throat for smooth feeding in front and back side, no hindered. Lower twin elements are parallel 2 elements in lower sealing bar. Distance between 2 elements: 17-19mm. (can be 10mm)

Can be sealed from back or front side .Ideal for fluffy package sealing (such as inner tea bags, Diaper, toilet paper). Tighten the product from the back to be sealed to prevent the contents of bag from spilling.

2 hands hold the bag, insert the opening through the sealing place from the back, and tighten the products of bag. Press the foot pedal down. Once the sealing light turns off, Keep pressing the pedal to cool the sealing line. 0.8mm melts the bag opening unevenly.

Sealing time: 0-2 seconds

Sealing width: 2.7mm/3.2mm/5mm + 0.8mm(melting)

Standard aluminum seal bar height: 2" (5mm)

Single 2 parallel elements suitable for PE, PP, and OPP plastic bags.
