WSY-800/900/100 Desktop Horizontally Continuous Sealing, Machine with Painted Body.

The sealing bag is laid flat on the conveyor belt for sealing. The conveyor belt can be adjusted up, down, forward, or backward. Using Teflon sealing belts, it can seal PE, PP, aluminum foil, nylon, and other composite bag materials.

When using stainless steel sealing bands, it can only seal aluminum foil, nylon, and other composite bag materials.

Continuous sealing accelerates the packaging process, enabling quick and safe sealing of various bag materials.

Conveyor belt total load capacity: <1 kg (not per package weight).

800 model: Conveyor belt width: 150mm, controlled by a digital control panel (includes a counter, emergency stop switch, and buzzer).

900 model: Conveyor belt width: 200mm, with a traditional control setup.

Speed adjustment range: 1-10 meters/minute.

Sealing width: Depending on the material: PE: 5mm; Nylon and aluminum foil: 10mm.

Maximum distance from the sealing line to the bag opening: Within 35mm.

Applications: Suitable for packaging food, electronics, chemicals, small hardware parts, and medical Tyvek sterilization pouches.

Recommendations:

If the total weight of 2-3 packages exceeds 2 kg, use models 901 or 907.

For liquid or powder packaging, use models 904, 905, or 907.
