WSY-901 Floor type Horizontally

WSY-901 Floor type Horizontally Continuous Sealing Machine (Model 901).

This model features a painted body and supports horizontal sealing operations, where the packaging bag is laid flat on the conveyor belt for sealing.

Specifications:

Conveyor Belt Width: 200mm, adjustable for height (up to 90mm), forward/backward positioning, and a forward tilt of up to 15°.

Adjustable Machine Height: 980-1120mm.

Adjustable Temperature Range: 0-230°C. This is a direct-heating model and requires a preheating time of at least 10 minutes to maintain temperature.

Adjustable Conveyor Belt Speed: 0-12 meters/minute. The speed can be matched with sealing temperature to accommodate various bag thicknesses.

Total Conveyor Load Capacity: 5kg (not per package weight).

Maximum Distance from Sealing Line to Bag Opening: Within 35mm.

Features:

Equipped with four brake wheels for easy mobility.

Horizontal sealing is not suitable for powders or liquids (for these, use vertical models such as 904, 905, 905H, 907, 908D).

Compatible with stainless steel sealing bands (suitable for nylon and aluminum foil bags) and Teflon sealing bands (suitable for PE and PP bags).

Supports sealing, roller embossing, and printing functions.
