WSY-904 Desktop Vertical type Continuous Sealing Machine

The 904 model is a vertical sealing machine designed for upright sealing operations, where bags stand vertically on the conveyor belt. It is suitable for sealing liquids and powders.

Compatible Materials:

Heat-sealable materials, including PP, PE, composite materials, aluminum foil, and nylon.

Specifications:

Conveyor Belt Width: 200mm.

Sealing Width: Depends on the material: 5mm for PE and 10mm for nylon or aluminum foil.

Sealing Machine Height Adjustment: Up to 230mm.

Maximum Distance from Sealing Line to Bag Opening: Within 35mm.

Adjustable Conveyor Belt Speed: 0-10 meters/minute, adjustable in conjunction with sealing temperature to accommodate different bag thicknesses.

Conveyor Belt Load Capacity: <2kg (not per package weight).

For total weights of 2-3 bags exceeding 2kg, use models 905, 905H, 907, or 908D.
